The guesthouse

In connection to the monastery we have a guesthouse, where we receive both individuals and small groups. We have rooms enough for 22 persons. You can have bed and breakfast, half-board or full-board.

The guesthouse has space for both personal and group talks. In the library there is room for about 15 persons plus a small room for 4-5 persons. In the daytime room there is space for at least 25 persons plus a divan for 5-6 persons. In the TV room there can sit 2-3 persons. During the summer it is possible to sit outside in the garden furniture.

The monastery has 19 guestrooms: 16 single rooms and 3 double rooms. Every room has its own bathroom.

You are welcome to have a retreat in our guesthouse. We don’t give retreats so you have to bring your own retreat leader or participate in a retreat organized by others.

• You don't need to be Catholic to live in the monastry - Everybody are welcome.

• The silence is important since other guests might be here for a retreate.

• We are happy to welcome families with kids.

• Unfortunately it isn't possible to cook for yourself.

• Smoking isn't allowed inside the monastery.

• It isn't possible to bring a dog.

Cancellation, reduction, payment etc:

Cancellation/change: Until 60 days before arrival: The booking can be cancelled without expenses. From 59 to 9 day before arrival: Cancallation will be charged 75% of the full price. Until 8 days before arrival: The booking is binding and 100% of the price will be charged.

Change the number of participants: Reduction of number of persons until 15% can be cancelled without expenses until 30 days before arrival. Reduction of numbers of persons until 10% can be cancelled without expenses until 2 weeks before arrival. Reduction of numbers of persons until 8 days before arrival will be charged 75% of the price for the number of persons cancelled.

Payment: 8 days. With later payment you will be charged 2% per month plus a reminder fee. Reservations are compulsary and might be charged a depositum until 6 month in advance. Payments from outside Denmark will be charged the banking fee.
